Disclosures of Personal Information

We do not sell or share personal information for third-party marketing. We disclose personal information only in these limited situations:

  1. Service Providers (Processors): Vendors that host our site, process forms, provide email delivery or scheduling, maintain IT/security, or store data for us. They may use personal information only to perform contracted services for us and must protect it.

Aside from these purposes, we do not disclose personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use limited cookies or similar technologies to keep the site secure and functioning (for example, remembering basic preferences or enabling form submissions) and to understand aggregated site usage. We do not use cookies for cross-site targeted advertising.

Your Choices: You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some site features may not function properly without them. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals because a consistent industry standard has not been adopted.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including limiting access to authorized personnel and securing systems where data is stored. Information submitted through our site is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) when supported.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
